Your body. Your altar.

February 25-March 2 2026

Pleasure Church is a full-immersion retreat for women, thems, and femmes with vulvas built around one radical idea:

Your pleasure, your body and your needs are worthy of your full attention and ours.

DRIPPING WITH GOODNESS

You arrive at a stunning space, greeted warmly by name and shown inside. You enter and take a deep breath, feeling your body settle.

No responsibilities. No expectations.

Dropping your bags (literal and emotional) at the door. You're here to let go of pushing through, obligations, or being needed.

Our signature experiences unfold with a gentle arc across the weekend. Beginning with grounding and safety in your body, we slowly open going deeper into layers of connection and play, ending with a more embodied expression.

There’s an invitation to soften out of performance and into authenticity, awakening your curious self, and expanding what’s possible for you to feel, want, and express.

SIGNATURE EXPERIENCES

Group of women outdoors, some sitting on a blanket, one wearing colorful clothing and sunglasses, others standing nearby, all smiling and looking at the woman with a tattooed arm showing her knee.

Through trauma-informed and somatic-based practices, you will:

  • Explore your relationship to your body, pleasure, desire, and boundaries

  • Build trust with your strength and inner knowing

  • Find your voice, sensation, and aliveness.

And while we do meaningful, tender, deeply transformative work, we don’t take ourselves too seriously at Pleasure Church. There is so much laughter woven throughout the weekend. The kind that leaves your cheeks sore and your belly aching. Playfulness, silliness, inside jokes, dancing in the shared space, unexpected moments of joy and delight - all of it is part of the medicine too.

This holy Pleasure Church journey is deeply held by a skillful group of folks. We have several enthusiastic support people join to help out - from carrying your bags in and pouring your water, to sitting with you in moments when you need deep witnessing, to creating the most delightful environment.

Why Pleasure Church?

We put our own spin on the word church. Pleasure Church is a gathering place held with reverence where pleasure, embodiment, and being gloriously human are sacred practices. Here, you are invited to treat yourself as holy and worthy of care. To listen to your body, trust and voice your desires, and remember your inherent value. Your body. Your altar.

THE PEOPLE HOLDING THE SPACE

A woman with dark hair, wearing a beige furry coat, sitting on a green sofa near a window.

I’m Kat — Somatic Pleasure Coach, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Retreat Facilitator and Guide.

My work is devoted to helping people reconnect to their bodies, pleasure, and freedom.

For over 20 years, I’ve been creating and facilitating transformative experiences of all kinds — from somatic and sexual wellness workshops, boundary and relational repair work, and long-form healing programs, to retreats, writing circles, nude-inclusive spaces, kink communities, and explorations of pleasure, embodiment, and arousal. I’ve supported hundreds of people through 1:1 coaching and group facilitation.

Pleasure Church was born from these lived experiences, trainings, and years of devotion to this work. It’s a space designed to help people soften, reconnect, laugh deeply, feel fully, and remember themselves again.

My approach is somatic, trauma-aware, relational, playful, and human and deeply informed by my experiences with chronic pain and disability. While we often touch tender places, I believe healing doesn’t only happen when we do the hard work, but when we play, rejoice, and feel joy and possibility.

It is an incredible privilege to be a trusted guide in this work.

I am deeply honoured to hold folks in their most tender moments, to return them home to their body and pleasure, to witness them in their bravest and scariest moments of becoming.

I offer this work because it saved and changed my life, completely. I hope it will offer you the same gifts.

I’m Laura - the Director of Operations at Pleasure Church

I didn’t start out behind the scenes here, I started as a participant. I’ve sat in the circle, done the work, and experienced firsthand what it’s like to be held in this space. As a caregiver who lives with dissociation and burnout, my inner child rejoiced over the deliciousness of my first eggless french toast prepared just for me at the retreat! Now, I get to integrate that insider perspective into how Pleasure Church runs.

For 20 years I’ve been creating the structures, systems, and logistics that make it possible for people to arrive, exhale, and focus on their experience. I bring all my learning from teaching transformative practices, coordinating community events, guiding people care and problem-solving through the messy. I’m that person who cares deeply about the details. Not because I love spreadsheets (okay, maybe a little), but because thoughtful environments create trust and ease. You’ll find me asking: What would help this feel heart-led, smoother, more spacious?

I believe pleasure‑centered transformation deserves generous hospitality, intentional belonging, and well‑tended containers. I’m grateful every day to nurture these spaces.

RETURNING

Pleasure Church is incredibly lush on every level. There’s nothing like it!

I have been to every Pleasure Church so far, and Kat is a time witch for sure. Arriving is stepping through a portal to a different world. These weekends seem to stretch across years, packing so much nourishment and goodness into every moment without urgency.

The pampering in and of itself SO worth the investment, but the real MAGIC is the gentle, loving, and fiercely protective support. Whether I'm confronting my fears of trauma surfacing, making bold requests, or getting way more than I bargained for in meeting myself, Kat is a master of holding space for transformation.

Nervous

For me attending Pleasure Church was a big edge, like really big.

A few years prior I had left an abusive relationship, and found myself as a single mother with limited support. When I tried to define myself, I realized I had gotten lost along the way. Pleasure Church was a wake up call for my soul.

I was held and seen in ways I’ve never experienced before and with complete strangers. I was able to explore mentally and physically, challenge myself, and access deep joy. Pleasure Church was a turning point for me. I will forever be grateful for this opportunity and meeting badass people who inspire me.

-Maddy

First timE

Attending Pleasure Church for the first time was a huge step outside my comfort zone, and a decision that changed me in the most beautiful ways.

As someone with a trauma history who lives in a fat body, I didn’t believe this kind of experience was possible for me. I wasn’t even aware of all the ways I had disconnected myself from my body to survive. Through the practices, I connected with my body and emotions in ways I never had before. Amazingness that’s hard to put into words. Kat, her team, and the community care, notice, and celebrate you for all that you are. What I had been longing for while busy taking care of others.

Give yourself the gift to come home to yourself. I believe it is the first step toward creating the big, beautiful life you deserve.

-Sonja

Pleasure Church is edgy.

It is a bold choice and will likely stretch you. But isn’t that exactly why you’re curious? Like your body already knows there’s something here for you…

You are worthy of more.

More play.
More tenderness.
More impulsiveness.
More wild.
More pleasure.
